- Free accommodation booking service on 1800 813 153. This service is available seven days a week and is a convenient way to ensure that your delegates enjoy their stay.
- Assistance with selecting local venues and facilities in accordance with your event requirements.
- Facilitating site inspections and familiarisation visits to the region.
- Promotion of the conference/event on the Bendigo Tourism website and links to the official event site.
- Assisting with pre and post touring options, social program and accompanying partners’ program options within the region.
- Provision of promotional material, maps and welcome kits.
- Suggestions for sourcing corporate gifts.
